All completed forms must be hand delivered, in person, to our office. Forms delivered via U.S. Postal Service or via email will NOT be accepted.
Hydraulic Study
Commencing May 11, 2021, all new members will be required to have a hydraulic study completed, unless otherwise approved by the board. The potential customer will be responsible for the cost of the hydraulic study at the time of application. If the hydraulic study is declined, and upgrades are required, the customer will be responsible for all cost. (i.e., water line upgrades, booster pumps, etc.) as well as the engineering study costs.
